This patient had significant bruxism (teeth grinding) history. Although she was currently wearing a preventive splint for the prevention of further damage to her teeth, she was very unhappy with the appearance of her smile. A full mouth rehab was done to restore all the teeth to their natural contour and appearance. A new splint was made for the patient after the treatment was completed. There were a couple of teeth that were not finished in this after photo.
